Anton Kessel GmbH manufactures wooden and metal workshop equipment. This German company relied on Salvagnini technologies since 2002, and today uses the capacity of the Salvagnini S4+P4 FMS for a mix of batch and made-to-order, custom production.

Although workbenches are a standard in every workshop, they are anything but standard parts. Nowadays, customers require tailored workbenches in terms of size, design, color and structure. Anton Kessel GmbH adapted to this trend in sheet metal production with a flexible manufacturing system from Salvagnini. - The machinery
Anton Kessel GmbH decided to invest in an S4 Salvagnini punching-shearing center, which was installed in 2002, and which was then connected to a Salvagnini P4 panel bender in 2007. This first line was replaced by a flexible manufacturing system in 2014. A second panel bender installd in 2017 runs parallel to the first one, integrated completely in the line and connected via the feeding robot. As a result, the S4 punching center feeds both the P4 panel benders automatically.
